Oxfordshire Young Business Person of the Year Finalist 2004
Tracy Fitzgerald , Translations Manager for the Alden Group, was one of three finalists at the Oxfordshire Young Business Person of the Year 2004.

Stephen Scott-Smith , Alden's Finance Director, sponsored Tracy for the award, as he felt that she had demonstrated initiative, drive and leadership in adding value to and achieving success for both Alden Translations and the Group.

Tracy said, "I was firstly very honoured to have been put forward for the award, and secondly extremely pleased at getting so far in the selection stakes".

The awards were held at the Four Pillars Hotel on Friday 18 June and sponsored by many large local organisations , such as Business Link, Fox FM, and Grant Thornton.
